Roller Derby Hero: Suzy Hotrod and Stef Mainey for starter plus loads of the girls I skate with in Glasgow Roller Girls (but I’m keeping them a secret so they don’t think I’m a nutcase)
What do you love about Roller Derby? Asides the fact you get to play it on rollerskates, I love the camaraderie and DIY ethic of the sport. I have met such wonderful people through playing derby – it’s like an extended family.
